The Risk Disclosure Statement outlines the risks associated with CFD trading, including the risk of losing your entire investment, the effects of leverage, market volatility, and other factors. All clients are required to acknowledge this document.

Complaints can be filed through the process outlined in the Complaint Handling Procedure document. Contact NEOMAAA support with your complaint details, and it will be reviewed and responded to within the timeframes specified in the policy.

The Client Agreement is the primary legal contract between you and Neomaaa Ltd. It covers account terms, trading rules, margin requirements, fee structure, liability limitations, and dispute resolution procedures. By opening an account, you agree to its terms.
